Basic Qualifications

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the job for which you are applying. Combining Education and Experience: Combinations of successfully completed post-high school education and experience may be used to meet the total qualification requirements for some grade/band levels.
