COLA (Cost of Living Adjustment)
In addition to base salary, a COLA percentage is authorized depending on where the job is located. COLA is
currently tax-free for Federal income tax purposes. For more information about COLA, see the “More Information

Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam [since 1950], or the U.S. Virgin Islands); born
